Prior the coup, only one short announcement was made that coup had taken place. The military seized up capital (Bangkok) by 00.00 and blocked all television telecast including those of CNN and BBC. Martial law then declared for 2 weeks period. (The coup was the best if not funniest Coup D' Etat I've ever known) It is business as usual now with the ousted square-faced ex-PM pleading to return. Hopefully, he never return that soon or bloodshed will happen. Afterall, the country is better off without him messing around. Long Live The King !
